Desing Thinking Workshop

In this workshop the 5 steps necessary to carry out the Desing Thinking project are explained previously

Empathize

In this stage, the buyer is more deeply known, we start a conversation with him in which he will share his needs with us. It is not only about knowing data and statistics, it is understanding the lives of our clients, as well as the different problems and needs they have. It can be difficult to develop a degree of empathy with our final clients, but this phase is the basis of Design Thinking, so it is very important that it be done with great patience.

Surveys
Define

In the first phase we recognized a great variety of problems and needs. Since not all those problems have a solution or you just can not solve all the problems of the final clients. It is essential, then, to define what are those problems of the client In such a way, by having a series of specific problems you can focus on taking the necessary measures to reach a definitive solution..

Devise

The process of ideas begins based on the problems previously established. Its objective is to have many alternative solutions and not go in search of the best solution, at least for the moment. AND WE ARRIVE TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THERE MUST BE FOLDABLE FURNITURE

Prototype

The purpose of this phase is to convert the idea or solution to which you have arrived in a digital or physical prototype. The prototypes can be made with materials such as paper, cardboard, plasticine or lego blocks, or use programs such as rhinoceros or AutoCAT, among others.

Evaluate

This is the stage where prototype tests are developed and users are asked for their opinions and comments on the matter, based on the use of prototypes. It is an essential phase in Design Thinking because it will help us identify what the product may have. Explanation of the five stages of Design Thinking towards our project

As you have seen, Design Thinking is intimately related to the design process and even some of the phases are very similar. The main difference may lie in the depth of analysis of all phases.
